We woke up one morning and decided rather than renew our rental lease that we should look to purchase a home. We had found a house online by doing our research, and we went to Jennifer to show us this house. The house needed a lot of work which was not apparent from the listing, and so we sat down and had coffee with Jennifer to discuss the cost of doing the work. She said "if you are going to spend that much on renovations, let me show you a house that is turn key, needs no work and will cost you less all told." We went right away to look at that second house, and loved it. We negotiated and reached an agreement, only to find that the house had no certificate of occupancy and so we had to walk away. We were heartbroken. Jennifer said "it's ok, I have a better house for you." Even though we were sad about losing our dream home, we went with her. The house she showed us was cheaper and better, and she managed to get us through contract and to closing in the middle of the pandemic. We closed in the parking lot of the lawyer's office, and we could not be happier in our new home. Jennifer is truly special, and anyone would be lucky to have her as their realtor. Her compassion and local knowledge is second to none.
